Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The request for a refund must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.

Refund Process

Once we have received the returned item and confirmed its condition, we will process your refund. You can expect the refund to be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
